Statická navigace (vypnutí) i u Qualcomm GPS (Kaiser, Cruise apod.)
na XDA jsem narazil na navod, jak donutit QUALCOMMacke GPSky, aby posilaly data neustale a ne jen po castech:

Zdravim. Podle ankety se zda, ze ten postup nekomu funguje. Me bohuzel ne. GPS v modu 1 se chova zda se uplne stejne jako v modu 2. Napadla me ale jedna vec a to verze radia ktere maji ti kterym to funguje. Pokud je tady nekdo taky tak at se podeli. Treba je to skutecne o verzi a "staticka" navigace jde vypnout jen na nejake.
Tak jsem s tím experimentoval a přestalo mi fachat Igo. Nevíte jaký jsou defaultní hodnoty? Debil jsem si je nenapsal :-(

Podle mé zkušenosti tento postup (nastavení GPS mode na 1) docela zlepší chování GPS i v Palm Treo Pro.
